an Open Floor Movement Class with Christina Fanizzi
We come together to be with ourselves and each other fully. We explore ourselves—physically, emotionally, mentally, soulfully—in good company. We move with presence. Through Core Movement Resources, each class offers insight into the multitude ways we experience our humanness and  tools to access the full capacity of our aliveness. All are welcome! Join us!

The Open Floor movement cycle begins with opening our attention, then entering into a specific theme and exploring it, and finally settling together at the end of our journey. Open Floor does not move through a 5Rhythms Wave or 5 distinct rhythms. At the beginning of class we warm up, getting present in our bodies. Then we enter into an exploration of a specific theme, using different core movement exercises and partnering. At the end we settle and rest in what we explored, sharing with the group.

1-3pm, 1st & 3rd Sundays (January 21, February 4 & 18, March 4 & 18, April 22*, May 6 & 20, June 3 & 24*)
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES: There will be no 1st Sunday presence class.  Instead on April 8th Christina will hold a one-day workshop, Soles to Soul, from 10-3pm.  See Workshops for more information or contact Christina directly at the email listed below.  The only Presence class to be held in April will be on 4th Sunday, April 22nd. In June, Presence will meet on June 24th, 4th Sunday, as well.

$20 at the door, $15 hardship.
