To open is awakening to the moment. It is feeling what is.

In Azul we work with four orientations: Listening, Opening, Allowing, and Moving Towards. In this workshop we explore OPENING.

There is often a way in which we close when we do not get what we want, until we discover that we have a choice to stay open, even when we are not getting what we expected. The ability to stay open gives us the courage to live in profound intimacy with all things and experience the inherent freedom that comes from our willingness to open.

Azul is a path of personal transformation that supports the awakening of consciousness and recognizes that as we transform ourselves we create the conditions for our world to transform.

Amara is the creator of the Azul conscious movement practice and the co-founder of the global conscious community OneDanceTribe. She has been teaching movement as a spiritual practice for 25 years and offers Azul workshop, retreats and teacher trainings in Europe, Australia, North and South America.
